We deal the garment from the first step of fabric to the complete finished garments.

As we weave the fabric form fabric weaving mills then we dye or bleach the fabric from fabric processing mills.
We use fabric from light to heavy weight stuff. The thickness available 140GSM to 330GSM. We use plain weave to heavy drill fabric. The double twisted thread fabric “CANVAS” is also available in all grams.

PROCESS ON FABRIC
According to the customer requirements, we are fully capable to provide the garment in all international standards. The mostly applied processes are

SALPHAR DYE (40 Degree)
REACTIVE DYE (60 Degree)
VAT DYE (90 Degree)

AZO free chemicals are used the other process like Fire retardant, Fire proof, Flame Retardant, Stain free & Teflon coating is also available as per customer requirement.

All kinds of printing is also available like CAMOPLAGE PRINT for military uniforms.
For 100% cotton fabric, cotton is SUNFORIZIED to control the shrinkage. So the 100% cotton is available in preshrunk condition. Shrinkage wills not more than 2%, internationally acceptable.
